A graduate of a business or engineering school or holder of an MBA, you have already gained some experience in the restructuring department of a top audit firm, a company undergoing restructuring or a merchant bank. You are pragmatic and passionate about your work and you are not afraid of difficult situations and challenges.  You have a good command of quantitative analysis, are attentive and have a very good ability to summarise. You have a good ability to resist stress and perform well when under pressure. You have the ability to listen and are capable of learning and analysing quickly. Intuitive and energetic, you are at your best in action and when working on the ground. You are open and dynamic, a natural leader. Determined and committed, you radiate energy around you and always strive to achieve a result. You will be joining a business turnaround team and will manage one of the subsidiary restructuring arms.  You will learn the methods and techniques specific to business recovery and eventually will become Financial or General Manager of one of the subsidiaries.
