Jeremiah ESTIVALET

Associate Director & Industrial Director

With a higher education in Management, Jérémie ESTIVALET received his training in Lean Management methods and production systems from the KAIZEN Institute. Jérémie began his career in operational management positions, first at VALEO where he headed up production units, took part in the introduction of the operational excellence approach, and managed part of the investment plan on the assembly stations. 

With this experience, during which he gained recognised expertise and know-how, particularly in terms of improving industrial performance and operational excellence, Jérémie was offered the position of Director of Production for the MARREL Group in 2006. He delivered the restructuring plan and was quickly entrusted with the industrialisation project, which he brought to a successful close. 

In 2015, he joined Renaissance as Industrial Director of GL Altesse and, subsequently, of the Group's other production entities. He is now CEO of SMV and GL Bijoux.
