Eric LEFRANC

A graduate of the University of Technology in Compiègne with a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Éric LEFRANC has extensive experience in turning companies around.


He started his career in operational positions at Motorola in Chicago and London, then moved to Honeywell in Paris. In 2001, Éric joined Caravelle, where he quickly became one of Pierre-André Martel's most trusted advisers. Alongside the industrial captain, an emblematic figure in company turnarounds, Éric developed expertise in the takeover of distressed companies and the implementation of recovery plans. 


In 2013, he founded Renaissance, a committed player in French reindustrialisation and specialised in the redeployment and transformation of distressed companies. Eric has successfully steered, as CEO or Chairman, the takeover and turnaround of 10 distressed French SMEs and SMIs.
