Philippe OHANESSIAN

A graduate of ESSEC, Philippe OHANESSIAN joined the Junior Entreprise while still in school and became its Chairman in 2010. He then became part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Goldman Sachs in London where he contributed to a variety of transactions including the acquisition of SFR by Numéricable, the IPO of Altice and the sale of major real estate portfolios in France. 

Philippe joined Renaissance from as early as 2014 and took part in the takeover and turnaround of the GL Group as Chief Financial Officer, of Texier in 2015 as Chief Executive Officer, and of Agatha as Managing Director. Now Chairman of Ateliers de Vitré, Philippe has established expertise in turnaround, industrial and logistical optimisation as well as in administrative and financial reorganisation, particularly in the context of takeovers.
